Suzlon Energy: Stake sale by founders! Floor price to offer size - What we know so far

Suzlon Energy Stake Sale: In a major update for the shareholders of renewable energy company Suzlon that could significantly impact the stock price, its founders could soon offload some of their shares in secondary share sale. For the uninitiated, a secondary sale is done by an existing stockholder in a company.
The sellers include Vinod R.Tanti as karta of Ranchhodbhai Ramjibhai HUF, Vinod R. Tanti J/w. Jitendra R.Tanti as trustees of RR Family Trust, The Tanti Trust (its Trustee Vinod R.Tanti Girish R.Tanti and Mr. Jitendra R.Tanti), Tanti Holdings Private Limited Rambhaben Ukabhai Tanti.

ET NOW has learnt from sources that the ICICI Securities, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors will be the brokers for the Suzlon Energy stake sale deal. The company’s founders plan to sell up to 200 million shares or 1.47 per cent of their existing shareholding in Suzlon.

Worth mentioning here is that the renewable energy company reported a stellar set of quarterly earnings, witnessing its highest profit in a decade.

Suzlon Energy Q4 Results 2025

For the January-March 2025 quarter, the company has reported a whopping 365 per cent jump in its net profit which came in at Rs 1,181 crore as against Rs 254 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. Suzlon’s net revenue for the period came in at Rs 3,774 crore.
Suzlon’s Q4 FY25 EBITDA also increased to Rs 693 crore, as compared to Rs 357 crore in the corresponding quarter of the financial year 2024.

Suzlon Order Book 2025

The company has the highest-ever domestic order book of 5.6 GW and strong pipeline provide clear revenue outlook.

Suzlon Energy Net Worth 2025

Renewable energy company Suzlon also informed that its net worth stands at Rs 6106 crore in the financial year 2025. It was Rs 3920 crore in the financial year 2024 and Rs 1099 crore in the financial year 2023.
