Tata Motors Share Price Target 2025: Tata Motors shares are in focus today (June 10) after investor meet wherein the company highlighted its future strategy for both commercial and passenger segments. The Tata stock opened in the green at Rs 721 versus the previous close of Rs 717.80 and went on to make an intraday high of Rs 731.85, up nearly 2 per cent.

At 12:30 PM, Tata Motors shares were seen trading firmly in the green near day's high at Rs 731 with 1.15 crore equities changing hands. Tata Motors shares are gaining for the last 5 consecutive trading sessions. The counter is trading higher than 5-day, 20-day, 50-day and 100-day moving averages but lower than 200-day moving averages.

According to JM Financial, in the PV/EV business, Tata Motors has plans to launch 7 new nameplates and 23 product refreshes by FY30 across alternative powertrains. Investments in the PV business (including EV) are expected to be Rs 330-350 billion over the next 5 years, largely towards developing new products, powertrains, advanced technology, etc. Tata Motors is targeting a 280 bps market share gain in the PV segment by FY27, led by these launches.

In respect of the CV business, the brokerage said that Tata Motors is focusing on opportunities in export markets by strengthening market leadership, expanding its product portfolio and enhancing its distribution network in key markets.

According to JM Financial Tata Motors is targeting EBITDA margins in the teens for its CV business and 10 per cent for its PV-EV business by FY30E.

Tata Motors Share Price Target 2025

The brokerage has maintained Buy rating on Tata Motors shares with a target price of Rs 815.

Motilal Oswal has maintained Neutral rating on Tata Motors shares and retained its target price of Rs 690. The brokerage noted that execution is key for the company amidst weak CV/PV demand. It said that JLR headwinds persist for the company, adding that it faces risks from US tariffs, weak China/Europe demand and rising costs.

On business split, Motilal Oswal said that the demerger timelines are on track.

Tata Motors is a leading global automobile manufacturer. It is a part of Tata Group and commands a market cap of Rs 2,69,317.38 crore.

Tata Motors Q4 Results 2025

Tata Motors in Q4 FY2025 reported a 51 per cent decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 8,556 crore. The company had earned a net profit of Rs 17,528 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The Tata company's total revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,19,503 crore in March 2025 quarter, as against Rs 1,19,033 crore in the year-ago period.

For the entire FY2025, Tata Motors had reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 28,149 crore, compared to Rs 31,807 crore in the preceding financial year.
