Tata Power Q4 Results 2025 Date: Tata Power, a Tata Group company which is into business of power generation and distribution, has announced the quarterly earnings schedule. The Tata company has said that its board could also recommend dividend payment for shareholders.
Tata Power has said that a board meeting is slated to take place later in the month of May to transact businesses.

Tata Power Dividend 2025 Date

The filing said that board will meet on May 14 to approve the quarter results and recommend dividend for shareholders.
"A Meeting of the Board of Directors of The Tata Power Company Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025," Tata Power said in a filing.
Tata Power didn't announce the dividend record record date in its latest exchange filing. The Tata company could announce dividend record date along with among in quarterly results.

Tata Power Dividend History

As per BSE website, Tata Power in 2024 and 2023 paid a Rs 2 in each year on every stock of Re 1 face value. Back in 2022, the Tata company distributed a dividend of Rs 1.75 on each stock. The company paid Rs 1.55 as dividend in 2021 and 2022 each.
Tata Power share price on Wednesday closed lower at Rs 383.45 on NSE.
In the last one year, Tata Power shares have slipped 15 per cent. In two years, the Tata stock has delivered a solid return of 91 per cent. In 5 years, Tata Power shares have zoomed 1110 per cent.
