Yes Bank Q3 2025 Results Date and Time: As the earnings season has kicked off, several NSE and BSE-listed companies are declaring their schedule for the announcement of earnings for the third quarter of the financial year 2024-25. Yes Bank is also gearing up to announce its financial results for Q3 FY25.

Yes Bank today informed that bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Saturday, January 25, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve Intimation of the date of the board meeting for considering unaudited financial results for the quarter (Q3) and nine months ended on December 31, 2024 and closure of trading window.

In the regulatory filing, Yes Bank informed, “…this is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of YES BANK Limited (the "Bank") will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Mumbai, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter (Q3) and nine months ended on December 31, 2024.”

The private lender further said, “…trading window for dealing in securities of the bank shall remain closed for the designated persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Bank and its subsidiary till 2 days post publication of results and such persons shall not be permitted to trade in the securities of the Bank till 2 days post publication of results.”

Yes Bank declared its Q2 FY25 results at around 12.40 PM on October 26. Therefore, it is expected that the private lender might declare its Q3 FY25 results at around the same time on January 25.

Yes Bank reported 145 per cent jump in its September quarter standalone net profit at Rs 553 crore as against Rs 225.21 crore reported in the year ago period.

The interest during the quarter stood at Rs 7,730 crore, up 15 per cent over Rs 6,711 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

The net interest income (NII) was reported at Rs 2,200 crore for Q2FY25, up 14.3% YoY. The net interest margins (NIMs) remained stable QoQ at 2.4 per cent.

The bank’s net profit for Q2FY25 was up by 10 per cent on a QoQ basis and the operating profit was reported at Rs 975 crore up 21.7 per cent YoY and 10.2 per cent QoQ.

Interest expended by the lender in the second quarter stood at Rs 5,530 crore versus Rs 4,786 crore reported in the year ago period. It was higher by 15 per cent on a YoY basis.
